Who we are and the current waitlist
Toc Toc AI operates this website and waitlist. The video service is not yet available. This website is for adults aged 18 or older.
Photos you select are displayed only in your own browser. They are not uploaded or sent to our servers during the waitlist stage.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Alongside your email, we record the selected mode, photo count, aspect ratio, source page, UTM parameters and country. Our hosting provider determines the country from the network request.
We also collect anonymous usage events containing the event name, mode, country and time. These event records do not contain IP addresses, device IDs or cookie identifiers.
How we use and share information
We use your waitlist email only to send you one notification when the service opens. The accompanying selections and anonymous events help us understand interest in the planned service. We do not sell your information or share it with marketing companies.
Cloudflare provides our hosting and database infrastructure and processes information to operate those services.
Google Analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits. For visitors in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are disabled by default and are enabled only after consent. Visitors in these regions are asked for consent before analytics cookies are used. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage.

TikTok videos
The TikTok player loads only after you click "Play here". At that point, TikTok's processing is covered by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We delete waitlist information within 12 months after sending the opening notification, or at any time on your request. You can request deletion before the service opens as well.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected].
Adults only
This service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
